WE ARE A small, smart search engine marketing consultancy based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We used to work with some of Google’s largest advertisers, but we wanted to bring our expertise and product knowledge to small and growing companies that don't have dedicated in-house marketing teams.

WE USUALLY WORK WITH clients have never run ads before, or are looking a fresh start. We work primarily with small businesses, local services companies, and startups.

OUR ADS PHILOSOPHY in a nutshell: start small (without breaking the bank) find out what works, and grow from there. Building smart from the ground up helps with this process.

WE ARE REALLY AFFORDABLE because we are a small team with low overhead, and efficient communications. That means you can spend more of your marketing budget on ads and less on, well, us.

THIS IS HOW WE COMMUNICATE: we love email. It’s relatively low stress and gives us the time to compose thoughtful answers and strategies rather than making things up on the spot. Usually we do 1-2 intro and planning phone calls and then transition to email.

OUR MEDIAN CLIENT SPENDS approximately $1,750 / month. Our largest clients spend $50k to $100k / month.

IF THAT SEEMS A LOT TO YOU don’t worry, many of our smaller clients spend just a few hundred dollars / month. There's a lot we can learn from running on a $10 daily budget. We like to get things right before scaling up, and we’ll take our time to make sure your ad budget is well spent.

WE TYPICALLY CHARGE $195 for flat-fee campaign setup and management for small businesses with less than $3,000 / month in planned or historical ad spend. For accounts with higher planned or historical spend, we charge a 6.5% commission, capped at $1,500 / month.

NO CONTRACTS OR MINIMUM SPEND AMOUNTS — we work with clients for as long as is mutually beneficial. Clients own their own account and the assets within it. If your business experiences a disruption, downtime, or just needs to take a break for ads or management, we are happy to pause the relationship and re-engage when it makes sense. This also means: no jerks allowed!

WE ARE INSURED and have Professional Liability Errors & Omissions Insurance (but have never had to use it!)

WE WORK WITH CLIENTS IN ALMOST ANY INDUSTRY including local services (from the weird to the mundane), ecommerce , tech startups, business-to-business, as well as other agencies for whom provide white label services.
